What countries do you ship to?
We ship to different countries, included:
Scandinavia:
Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland
EU-countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia and Spain.
Outside of EU:
USA, Canada, UK and Albania
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
The delivery time is based on your location.
Scandinavia: 1-3 business days
EU: 2-6 business days
Outside of EU: 5-10 days
Please note that the shipping time may vary sometimes.
How much is the delivery cost?
We offer free shipping within Sweden.
International shipping will be calculated in the checkout.
Which delivery services do you offer?
We ship all our products with Postnord.
Can I change my adress after ordering?
We can only change your adress if your order hasn't been shipped out.

RETURNS
Can I return my order?
Yes, we offer free returns!
You have the right to return your order within 14 days, after receiving your package.
To start the return process, send an email to: info@lastreet.se
Once you have requested a return, we will send you an email with further instructions.
Unfortunately, we don't offer returns for international customers. We value the enviroment and aim to reduce waste. Thank you for your understanding.
What is your return policy?
- All products must be returned within 14 days since the order was received.
- All products must be returned in their original condition with tags.
- All returns must include the original packaging.
Can I return my products for an exchange?
Unfortuntaley, we are currently unable to process exchanges. However, we recommend to return your items and then place a new order.

Can I cancel my order?
Once your order has been successfully placed, we are not able to change or cancel your order.
Once you have received your unwanted order, please return it back to us.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your order has arrived to us and we reviewed your order, you will get your refund in 2-4 business days.
What if I received the wrong item?
We are so sorry that you received the wrong item. It was never our intention.
Please send us an email with photos to info@lastreet.se and we will help you further.
What if my product came damaged?
We are so sorry that your product came damaged, it was never our intention. Please contact our customer service with photos and our team will assist you further.
PAYMENT
What payment methods do you accept?
The payment methods we offer are presented in the checkout.
We offer Paypal, Card and Klarna.
Can I buy now and pay later?
Yes, the payment service we offer is Klarna.
With Klarna you can pay later, pay now or slice it.
Are VAT/tax and duties included in the given price?
If you live in a non-EU country, all prices exclude VAT/tax and duties. Therefore you may get taxed.
Price also excludes costs for physical inspection at customs in countries where this is required. Please note that we cannot undervalue orders, or mark them as a gift.
How much tax and duty do I have to pay?
Unfortunately, we can't estimate how much tax and duties you will pay to your country as this is regulated by the respective country. Your local customs office should be able to estimate the price of the import fees.

We are based in Sweden.
Are the collections limited?
Yes, all collections only drop once. First come, first served.
How do I get early access?
At the moment, we don't offer early access. Keep an eye out on our social media for new updates etc.
Will the product be available again if it's sold out?
All our collections are limited.
Will I receive a confirmation email when I placed my order?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation email.
You will also get an email as soon as we ship the order.
Are size guides available?
There is a "Size chart" available on each item's page.
